Not all rescued Thoroughbreds are sound enough for an active second career. Stop Watch is in the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation’s program at Blackburn Correctional Complex. This successful program benefits the horse and the prisoner, making his time in prison productive and teaching him a skill that he can use later.
